At SMOVE, we’ve been hosting events since 2022, and over the years, we’ve noticed a clear pattern in the kind of people who are drawn to our community.

Our guests are typically curious, driven and open-minded individuals: people who enjoy bold ideas and meaningful conversations rather than small talk. Most are between 27 and 37 years old (men and women), inspiring individuals - entrepreneurs, creatives, and forward-thinkers who are leading teams, shaping industries and/or sparking meaningful change.

A large part of our community has lived abroad or travels often, bringing with them diverse perspectives and a passion for personal growth and shared experiences. These are people who are not afraid to challenge norms, explore new ways of thinking, and build authentic connections.

There are many other social clubs out there and SMOVE maybe won’t meet your expectations if you:

• Prefer talking about people instead of ideas

• Come only for the Instagram photo and leave before the conversation starts

• Thrive on drama instead of curiosity

• Have a fixed mindset and aren’t open to discovering new perspectives

• Are a cat person (just kidding… kind of!)

That last one’s a joke - but fair warning: there’s a high chance you’ll meet at least one very social dog at our events. 🐶

Absolutely. Many people come solo - and leave with new friends. Our events are designed to help you feel welcome, included, and connected from the very beginning.

Yes. You can purchase gift cards or pay-it-forward spots so someone else can join a workshop or retreat. It's a beautiful way to support someone's growth.

Our permanent home is in Ljubljana, at Opekarska 11 - a warm, welcoming space where most of our Slovenian events take place.
We're also in the process of building our second home in Paris, while continuing to host pop-ups and special events internationally.

Are there any free events?

Yes! We host free hangouts twice a year, open to everyone. These are casual, connective moments where you can drop in, meet the community, and just be part of the vibe.
